Cacao Seed & Bran Oil: Nourishes and hydrates skin (& coat for pets).

Shea Butter: conditions, moisturizes.

Behentrimonium Methosulfate: a sulfate-free, vegetable-source conditioner derived from the colza plant.

If you are unsatisfied and would like to return your order, we will allow it as long as the bar is at least 75% intact, accessories are undamaged, and it's within 30 days.

Allow 2–3 washes for your hair to adjust from liquid products.

Orders are usually prepared within 24–48 business hours after confirmation. Weekends and public holidays are excluded; business hours are counted during normal operating days, not continuously. Estimated transit after dispatch is 3–5 business days. Preparation and transit are separate periods. Carrier delays, remote locations and exceptional conditions can extend estimates; delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Our voluntary return window is 45 calendar days after delivery for eligible unused items. Contact us before sending a return. Product-specific exclusions must be disclosed before purchase; mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
